When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we offer shipping to Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, duties, or import taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your order appears stuck in transit, please reach out through our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. We’re happy to help you look into it.
If your package is marked as“delivered”but hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier directly for more information.
While LUNA Pilates isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered-with packages once they’ve been marked as“delivered,”we’ll always do our best to assist where we can.

What are your socks made of?
Each pair is crafted from 75% cotton, 22% polyester fiber, and 3% spandex for the perfect blend of softness, stretch, and durability.
How do I care for my socks?
For best care, wash inside out with like colors in cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to help preserve the grips.
How does your sizing work?
All of our socks are one size fits most, designed to comfortably fit standard women’s shoe sizes.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Each order is carefully packed and inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Because our items are made in small quantities, we’re not able to process returns once an order has been completed.

Can I cancel or change my order?
